An exciting 6 months internship opportunity exists for a motivated, high performing final year student or fresh graduate to join our Corio team in Korea.

Corio Generation is a portfolio company of Macquarie Asset Management operating on a standalone basis.
We have a project pipeline of over 30 GW. Our global team of offshore wind specialists take projects from origination, through development and construction, and into operations.

Working in established and emerging markets, with floating and traditional fixed-bottom technologies, our projects support local economies while meeting the energy needs of communities and corporate offtakers sustainably, reliably, safely and responsibly.
Roles & Responsibilities
The Corporate Finance team focuses on utilising Corio’s balance sheet to construct and develop assets, build businesses and acquire opportunistic assets. You will sit side-by-side with business leaders in the team, learning on the job and making a difference by working on critical projects. You will have the opportunity to be engaged in the review and execution of investment opportunities, financial analysis and modelling, and preparation of presentation materials.
Qualification
At Corio, we look for innovative, driven and talented students who share our drive for excellence. You will be a recent graduate, or final-year graduate with outstanding academic achievement in banking, finance, business or a relevant discipline.
- Received or on track to receive a GPA of 3.5/4 or above Strong financial modelling skills would be extremely advantageous.
- Previous internship experience across Corporate Finance and/or M&A at a leading multinational bank, Big 4 consulting firm, asset management or private equity fund would be ideal. Exposure to the renewable energy sector would be a plus point.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Show comprehensive PC skills, including intermediate PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong team-player mindset and time management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving acumen
